Labs Ristorazione HACCP e Lingua Inglese in realtà virtuale

Abbiamo realizzato, in collaborazione con importanti partner italiani e stranieri, dei laboratori in realtà virtuale per le scuole secondarie di secondo grado.

L'utilizzo della realtà virtuale oltre a risultare utile nella didattica perchè invoglia gli studenti all'apprendimento, permette di risparmiare sulle costose apparecchiature ed infrastrutture che sono necessarie per allestire dei moderni laboratori. La nostra soluzione prevede delle ambientazioni virtuali realistiche dedicate alle discipline oggetto di studio e l'utilizzo di visori Meta Quest 3, collocati all'interno di appositi carrelli o trolley dotati di funzione di carica dei dispositivi quando non utilizzati, in modo da essere pronti all'uso quando necessario. In questo modo è anche possibgile spostare il laboratorio all'interno delle classi se non si dispone di un locale dedicato.

Sono disponibili diversi kit da 6, 10, 16, 20 o 24 visori Meta Quest 3 più sistema di storage e ricarica, oltre ai software specifici di seguito descritti:

Il laboratorio in realtà virtuale sulla ristorazione HACCP è un contenuto formativo che tratta di stoccaggio delle merci secondo le norme HACCP e la preparazione della linea di lavoro identificando gli strumenti e gli ingredienti necessari per la preparazione dei piatti più importanti della tradizione culinaria italiana.

 

Con l’utilizzo del simulatore gli aspiranti chef vengono proiettati all’interno di un magazzino e di una cucina virtuali per apprendere competenze e conoscenze pratiche esattamente come se lo facessero in una reale cucina.

PUNTI DI FORZA:

  • Grazie alla Realtà Aumentata e alla Realtà Virtuale non vengono più sprecate materie prime riducendo sensibilmente lo spreco alimentare e i costi che l’istituto deve sostenere.
  • Con la Realtà Virtuale è possibile riprodurre fedelmente magazzini di stoccaggio con frigoriferi e celle frigorifero, cucine con forni e piani cottura e ridurre drasticamente l’esigenza di avere laboratori che consumano energia.
  • Ancora più importanti sono i vantaggi educativi, gli studenti:
      • sono più coinvolti, affascinati e ispirati;
      • apprendono più velocemente;
      • interiorizzano i concetti con maggiore efficacia;
      • studiano divertendosi.

Gli studenti impareranno a:

    • Controllare e stoccare le merci secondo le norme dell’HACCP
    • Preparare la linea di lavoro con l’individuazione degli ingredienti e degli strumenti necessari per la preparazione dei piatti più importanti della tradizione culinaria italiana
    • Memorizzare ed eseguire correttamente i tagli di verdure e procedere alla loro giusta cottura
    • Scegliere i tagli della carne, memorizzandone i nomi e la loro esecuzione

Immersi in una City virtuale che ricorda luoghi e atmosfere londinesi, il laboratorio di lingua inglese prevede contenuti multiplayer e quindi l’interazione tra più alunni con la possibilità di realizzare interazioni spontanee ed interazioni già prefigurate con avatar.

Gli studenti possono misurare le loro capacità di lettura, ascolto e conversazione in lingua inglese vivendo situazioni ed esperienze legate alla vita quotidiana come l’acquisto di un biglietto della metro, un colloquio di lavoro, la spesa al supermercato, la cena in un ristorante.

Possono interagire con altri colleghi di classe, studenti della stessa scuola o di altri istituti. Potranno esercitarsi in dialoghi prefigurati con avatar che consentiranno loro di esercitarsi nell’utilizzo delle strutture semantiche e grammaticali più importanti.
